Ihre Aufgaben

Aufnahme und Analyse komplexer Kundenanforderungen
Konzeption und Entwicklung von Datenbankstrukturen und -Modellen sowie Daten-Pipelines und -Anwendungen
Automatisierung und Wartung von Workflows und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und Workflow-Stabilität
Anbindung und Bereinigung von Datenquellen (zb. APIs, Flatfiles, relationale und nicht-relationale Datenbanken)
Abstimmung und Projektarbeit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern mit agilen Projektansätzen (Prototyping, MVP, Sprints)

Ihr Profil

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenen MINT- oder wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
fortgeschrittene Berufserfahrung (min. 3 Jahre), darunter auch Erfahrungen mit Data Engineering Use Cases
Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenbanken und -modellierung, ETL / ELT, Workflow-Automatisierung und Data Warehouse / Lake
Du beherrschst SQL und mindestens eine weitere Programmiersprache sicher - vorzugsweise Python
Besonders gerne gesehen sind außerdem Kenntnisse in den Themen und Technologien Big-Data (Spark, Hadoop), Databricks, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Cloud Data Warehouse / Lake, Datenvisualisierung
Kenntnisse von agilen Projektansätzen (Scrum, Kanban)

Your mission

Recording and analysing complex customer requirements
Designing and developing database structures and models, as well as data pipelines and applications
Automating and maintaining workflows and ensuring a high level of data quality and workflow stability
Connecting and cleaning data sources (e.g. APIs, flat files, relational and non-relational databases)
Coordinating and working on projects in close collaboration with customers and team members using agile project approaches (prototyping, MVP, sprints)

Your profile

A successfully completed STEM or business degree or a comparable qualification
Advanced professional experience (at least 3 years), including experience with data engineering use cases
In-depth knowledge of databases and modelling, ETL / ELT, workflow automation and data warehouse / lake
You are proficient in SQL and at least one other programming language – preferably Python
Knowledge of the topics and technologies Big Data (Spark, Hadoop), Databricks, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Cloud Data Warehouse / Lake, Data Visualisation is also particularly welcome
Knowledge of agile project approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
Your personality: analytical, structured, reliable and independent
